温室大棚规模化发展和人力成本的不断上升,需要建立无人值守的自动监控系统,进行高效地生产。针对温室大范围监控的需求,给出了一种基于RS485总线和WiFi网络的监控系统设计方案,并使用通信状态机机制完成网络节点的准确定位和数据传输。现场监控节点利用RS485与传感器及执行器模块联接,构成分布式系统,完成数据采集、处理和执行器控制功能。远程监控计算机通过无线WiFi网络接入局域网,利用虚拟仪器技术构建人机交互界面,实现网络的控制与管理。系统具有成本低、数据传输准确、扩展灵活等优点,试验表明了该系统的合理性与实用性。 |

Due to the expansion and manpower cost with the greenhouse,it demands a monitoring system of unattended operation to improve the production efficiency.A monitoring system using RS485 and WiFi is proposed for the wide range supervisory requirement,and the state machine is adopted to guarantee the safe communication and positioning of the nodes.Sensor and actuator modules are linked by RS485 to form a distributed system,sampling and processing data from the sensors,as well as requesting and controlling the actuators.The WiFi technique is introduced to construct a LAN for both the control nodes and the remote supervisory computer.The human machine interface is designed by LabVIEW,providing an access for the controlling and management of the greenhouse networks.The designed system is advantageous due to its low cost,accurate communication and flexible expansion.The preliminary experimental results validate its rationalities and practicabilities. |
