      为满足直升机旋翼/尾桨集流环电气修理与自动测试需要,基于自动测试理论与注流法,研制一台旋翼/尾桨集流环综合测试设备。该设备采用“工控机+各种程控部件+伺服电机(实验台)”架构,搭建综合测试设备硬件平台,并基于VC++,开发相应测试软件。针对某型旋翼/尾桨集流环,对其性能进行实际测试,测试结果表明其有效性。所做研究对于直升机旋翼/尾桨集流环的电气性能测试具有借鉴意义与参考价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the needs of electrical repair and automatic testing of the helicopter rotor/tail rotor collector ring,a comprehensive test equipment for rotor/tail rotor collector ring is developed based on automatic test theory and injection method.The equipment adopts the architecture of “industrial computer+various program-controlled components+servo motor (experimental bench)” to build a hardware platform for comprehensive test equipment,and develop electrical comprehensive test software based on VC++.The performance of a certain type of rotor/tail rotor collector ring was actually tested,and the test results showed its effectiveness.The research has reference significance and value for the electrical performance test of helicopter rotor/tail rotor current collecting rings.
