      针对雨滴吸入对航空发动机风扇特性的影响问题,对某四级风扇模型,采用数值仿真的方法进行风扇特性变化的分析,在平均流管的基础之上,分析来流为空气、不同含水量、水滴直径以及空气相对湿度等条件对风扇压比和效率的影响。仿真分析发现,当来流含2% 600 μm的水滴时,风扇压比降低约6.1%,效率下降约10.7%。仿真结果表明当压气机入口来流含水时,风扇的压比和效率均明显降低,随着含水量的增加,风扇压比和效率减小,空气相对湿度的变化对风扇特性影响并不显著。本研究可为发动机吸雨条件下风扇的特性分析提供支撑。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the problem that the characteristics of aeroengine fan changes with water ingestion,a four-stage fan model is analyzed by numerical simulation method.Based on the average flow tube,the influence of incoming air,different water content,droplet diameter and air relative humidity on the pressure ratio and efficiency of the fan is analyzed.Simulation analysis found that the pressure ratio of the fan decreased by about 6.1% and the efficiency droped by about 10.7% when the incoming stream contained 2% 600 μm water droplets.The simulation results show that the pressure ratio and efficiency of the fan decrease obviously when the inlet flow of the compressor contains water.With the increase of water content,the pressure ratio and efficiency of the fan decrease.The change of air relative humidity has no significant effect on the fan characteristics.This research can provide support for the analysis of fan characteristics under the condition of engine rain ingestion.
