      宇航继电器抗冲击性能试验是其力学可靠性评价的关键要素,研究和分析试验时域波形与冲击响应谱的等效算法,将有效提升器件实际应用过程冲击边界条件评估的准确程度,增强冲击环境下器件使用安全性。回溯了国内外公开的冲击响应谱计算方法的研究历史,概览了通用算法及应用效果。依据军用继电器冲击试验评价方法,建立规定时域曲线,在斜坡不变理论基础上,推导单自由度系统传递函数关系表达式,通过Matlab软件,建立起始频率与终止频率之间加速度峰值谱与时域函数之间的等效对应数值关系,并设计数字滤波器用于推算等效冲击响应谱。利用该算法实现了典型半正弦冲击条件的等效冲击响应谱计算,并与某器件冲击边界条件对比,可为后续继电器设计、生产及试验过程中冲击量级确定提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      The shock resistance test of the aerospace relay is a key element of its mechanical reliability evaluation.The research and analysis of the equivalent algorithm of the time domain waveform and the shock response spectrum of the test will effectively improve the accuracy of the evaluation of the shock boundary conditions in the actual application process of the device and enhance the safety of the device in the shock environment.The research history of shock response spectrum calculation methods published at home and abroad was traced,and the general algorithms and application effects were summarized.According to the evaluation method of the shock test of military relays,the prescribed time-domain curve was established.Based on the theory of slope invariance,the expression of the transfer function relationship of the single-degree-of-freedom system was derived.Through the Matlab software,the equivalent corresponding numerical relationships between the acceleration peak spectrum and time-domain function between the start frequency and the stop frequency was established,and a digital filter was designed to calculate the equivalent shock response spectrum.This algorithm is used to calculate the equivalent shock response spectrum of typical half-sine shock conditions,and compared it with the shock boundary conditions of a certain device,which can provide a theoretical basis for determining the shock magnitude in the subsequent relay design,production and testing process.
