为解决不同型号批量化小卫星在贮存阶段测试设备多、测试设备通用性差、对测试人员专业化要求程度高等问题,提出了一种批量化小卫星的快速一体化测试方法,设计并开发了小卫星快速一体化测试软件,阐述了软件通用性设计方法,定义了插件的标准接口,利用设备管理插件的技术实现前端测试设备的统一管理,实现了“一键式”测试,降低了测试用户的专业化程度。该软件具有通用性强、可扩展性好、操作简单等优点,已在某小卫星的批量测试中得到应用验证。经验证,该软件通用性强,大幅降低了人力成本和设备成本,能较好地满足各类测试人员的使用需求。 |

In order to solve the problems of large number,poor versatility of testing equipment and high degree of testing staffs specialization for small satellites of different models in the storage stage,a rapid integrated test method for batch small satellites is proposed,and a rapid integrated test software for small satellites is designed.The universality design method of the software is elaborated and the standard interface of the plug-in is defined.The technology of device management plug-in is used to realize the unified management of front-end test equipment,the “one-click” test is realized and the specialization of test staff is reduced.This software has the advantages of strong versatility,good scalability and simple operation and so on,which have been applied and verified in the batch size test of a small satellite.It is verified that the software has strong versatility,it can greatly reduce the cost of manpower and equipment,and better meet the needs of various test staff. |
