      某风洞采用基于大流量真空泵的连续抽吸式排气系统,与风洞中常见的小流量真空泵加大容积真空容器构成的暂冲工排气系统具有显著的不同。由于真空泵功率较大,而所在地供电能力不足,因此该系统使用多台船用中速柴油机构成的大规模动力集群驱动真空泵。相比电动机动力,柴油机动力集群的控制更为复杂。根据这一动力集群的控制需求,研究了基于PLC硬件和Profibus-DP总线的分布式智能控制系统。通过分析柴油机动力集群的特点,确定了控制系统架构和基本运行逻辑。通过分析单台机组的特点,建立了分布式控制系统中各子站的硬件架构和控制逻辑,并通过实验对其效果进行了验证,根据实验结果对控制逻辑进行了修正。此外还在系统中实现了机组故障的实时监控和分级自动/人工处理。最终所研究的系统实现了大规模柴油机动力集群的高度自动化操作、机组运行工况的稳定控制和设备故障的智能诊断和处理。该系统的研究简化了某风洞真空系统的操作难度,提高了运行可靠性,并实现了无顾虑操作。

      A wind tunnel adopts a continuous suction exhaust system based on a large flow vacuum pump,which is significantly different from the temporary flushing exhaust system composed of a small flow vacuum pump and an enlarged volume vacuum container commonly used in the wind tunnel.Due to the high power of the vacuum pump and the lack of local power supply capacity,the system uses a large-scale power cluster composed of multiple marine medium speed diesel engines to drive the vacuum pump.Compared with motor power,the control of diesel power cluster is more complex.According to the control requirements of this power cluster,a distributed intelligent control system based on PLC hardware and Profibus-DP bus is studied.By analyzing the characteristics of diesel power cluster,the control system architecture and basic operation logic are determined.By analyzing the characteristics of a single unit,the hardware architecture and control logic of each sub station in the distributed control system are established,and its effect is verified by experiments.The control logic is modified according to the experimental results.In addition,the real-time monitoring and hierarchical automatic/manual processing of unit faults are realized in the system.Finally,the system realizes the highly automatic operation of large-scale diesel power cluster,the stable control of unit operating conditions and the intelligent diagnosis and treatment of equipment faults.The research of this system simplifies the operation difficulty of the vacuum system of a wind tunnel,improves the operation reliability,and realizes the worry free operation.
