传统的直升机旋翼锥体不平衡调整方法是按照特定程序定期在地面人工测试并微调桨叶拉杆长度来实现的,这种方法对人员和设备的要求都较为严苛,且人工和资金成本较高。智能变距拉杆可取代传统机械式的变距拉杆,并配合直升机旋翼实时调整系统实现对直升机椎体的自动在线调整,有效降低了维护成本,提高了维护效率。智能变距拉杆是直升机旋翼实时调整系统的执行机构,是一种机电一体化的直线智能作动器,其特点是载荷体积比大、重量轻、精度高。风洞试验结果表明,通过旋翼智能变距拉杆调整旋翼平衡能有效降低旋翼振动水平,最高降幅50%。 |

The traditional helicopter rotor cone adjustment method is applied by manually testing and fine adjusting the length of the pitch link on the ground regularly according to specific procedures.This method has strict requirements for personnel and equipment,and has high labor and capital costs.The smart pitch rod can replace the traditional mechanical pitch links,and work with the helicopter rotor in-flight tuning system to achieve the automatic online adjustment of the helicopter cone,effectively reducing the maintenance cost and improving the maintenance efficiency.The smart pitch rod is the actuator of the helicopter rotor in-flight tuning system.It is a kind of intelligent electric linear actuator,which is characterized by large load volume ratio,light weight and high precision.The wind tunnel test results show that the rotor vibration level can be effectively reduced by 50% by adjusting the rotor balance through the smart pitch rod. |
