      结冰风洞的过冷液态水滴容易在总压、静压探针的进气口结冰,严重影响总压/静压测量的精准度和可靠性。设计了带温度反馈的防冰总压探针、皮托管和壁面静压测量单元,将总压、静压导管置于加热体内,使总压、静压进气口温度实现闭环控制;优化设计、安装工艺,将铠装双螺旋电加热丝、总压导管和温度传感器安装在不到10 mm管内,使电加热元件绝缘不受损;电加热丝紧贴内壁面,温度传感器伸入进气口附近,总压探针、皮托管无加热死区;采用变结构电加热控制策略,与风洞运行参数连锁控制,实现电加热防冰控制系统快速调节和控制精度要求。解决了总压、静压进气口结冰问题,防冰总压/静压探针已成功应用于结冰风洞复杂试验环境中。

      The supercooled liquid water droplets in the icing wind tunnel are easy to freeze at the inlet of the total pressure probes and static pressure probes,which seriously affects the accuracy and reliability of the total pressure/static pressure measurement,and directly affects the safe and stable operation of the wind tunnel test.In order to solve the icing problem,the anti-icing total pressure probe,the pitot tube,and the wall surface static pressure probe are designed in the narrow space and the electric heating temperature closed loop control of these probes is realized.First,in order to make the temperature distribution of electric heating uniform,the armored double helix electric heating wire was close to the inner wall surface,and the temperature sensor was inserted near the air inlet.Next,the structure and layout of the tube was changed to avoid the damage to the electric heating elements insulation.Finally,the variable structure electric heating control strategy and the interlocking control of the operating parameters of the wind tunnel were adopted to meet the requirements of rapid regulation and control accuracy of the electric heating anti-icing control system.The practical application indicates that the anti-icing total pressure/static pressure measurement structure and control system are designed successfully and can be applied to the icing wind tunnel test.
