Journal Introduction

Measurement & Control Technology (MCT) started publication since 1982. The competent department of MCT is Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd., the major sponsor of MCT is AVIC Beijing Changcheng Aeronautical Measurement and Control Technology Research Institute, and the co-organizers including Test Branch of Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics and PICMG/P.R.C, China Computer Industry Association. MCT is indexed by Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD), Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database (CAJCED), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CJFD)，Ulrich's Periodicals Directory (UPD) and Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).

The MCT insists on the road of combining academic with practice. The content of it not only pays attention to advanced theory, but also takes account of the popular practical technology. It promotes the exchange of the academic, and the transformation of the measurement and control technology achievements.

All submitted papers have to be reviewed by many famous measurement and control technology scientists and researchers. 

Among the accepted papers, more than 50% are supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Key National High Technology Projects of China.

    Measurement & Control Technology is an open access journal supported by article processing charges (APCs). The journal allows any non-commercial user to read, download, copy, transfer, print, retrieve, hyperlink, and index the literature in the journal. The source of references should be indicated when citing the contents of this journal. Each article can be loaded individually in PDF-format free of charge immediately after their initial publication and also the full text of each issue is available for anyone interested in the journal.

Peer Review

This Journal operates a single blind review process.
1. Initial review 
   All manuscripts are initially evaluated by the editor. The editor uses a web-based program Academic Misconduct Literature Check(AMLC) (http://check.cnki.net/amlc2/) which compares documents and marks similarities as a possible instance of plagiarism, and checks the suitability for the purpose and scope of the journal.
2. Peer review
  The manuscript deemed suitable enters into the peer review process. The editorial department selects expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the manuscript. According to the innovation, scientificity and practicability of the manuscript, a reviewer evaluates the manuscript and gives an objective and fair opinion.
3. Final decision 
  The editor in chief is responsible for the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript. 
  The referees’ comments usually will be returned to the principal/corresponding author(s) in two month.
