      根据航空发动机综合调节器的信号特征和检测要求,利用虚拟仪器技术研制了一套通用型发动机综合调节器检测系统,设计开发了用于综合调节器通道的自动和手动检测的软件系统,不仅实现了对综合调节器各种功能信号的采集、处理、分析、显示及报表打印,而且在Lab Windows/CVI虚拟环境下实现了界面设计、数字滤波以及多线程编程等功能,极大地提高了检测系统的性能。通用型发动机综合调节器检测系统在室内航空发动机试车台的应用证明,该检测系统检测数据准确、可靠、实用,满足系统要求,达到了预期效果。
英文摘要:
      A set of the general aero-engine adjuster test system based on the technique of visual instrument was designed and developed,according to the signal character and test request of the aero-engine adjuster.A set of software system of automatic and manual testing was designed.The software system Not only had the functions of data acquired,processed,analyzed,displayed and printed,etc,but also It realized the functions of interface designed,figure filter and multithreading.The test system capability has been greatly improved.It is proved that the system is nicety,credibility,practicality.The system meets all the requirement.
