嵌入式控制器的传统开发方法周期长、效率低,基于NI公司的CompactRIO和LabVIEW设计了无人机用内燃机的喷油控制器快速原型。在硬件方面,设计了信号转接板,用于信号调理和驱动信号输出;在软件方面,深入研究了内燃机喷嘴的喷油特性,设计并实现了基于MAP图的控制策略、超限保护功能、数据保存及回放功能和人机交互界面。进行了实物在回路仿真实验和台架试车实验,实验结果表明,该快速原型具有可靠性高、实时性高、开发效率高及结构紧凑等优点,很好地完成了内燃机的喷油控制任务。 |

The conventional development method of embedded controller has long development period and low efficiency.A rapid prototype of fuel injection controller of one type internal combustion engine which to be used in unmanned aerial vehicle based on NI Company’s CompactRIO and LabVIEW is designed.In the hardware,signal exchange board which is used to signal conditioning and driving signal output is designed.In the software,the fuel injection characteristics of internal combustion engine’s nozzle are studied deeply.The control strategy based on MAP chart,the function of overrun protection,data storage,data readback and human-machine interaction interface are realized.Hardware-in-loop simulation test and rig test are carried out.The test results indicate that the rapid prototype has advantages such as high reliability,high real-time,high development efficiency and compact structure.The fuel injection control tasks of the internal combustion engine are accomplished well. |
