为了提高挠性陀螺组件动、静态性能,必须考虑传统再平衡回路中陀螺仪章动特性对组件性能的影响,需对挠性陀螺仪数学模型和校正网络进行优化。通过挠性陀螺仪运动方程分析和扫频试验测试,在原有挠性陀螺仪工程简化模型中增加了一个二阶振荡环节,得出了一种更能真实反映陀螺特性的精确数学模型。运用期望校正法对回路中校正网络进行了改进设计,并增加了能够消除挠性陀螺仪转子倍频干扰和章动影响的陷波器校正网络。仿真和测试结果表明,改进后挠性陀螺组件的噪声得到有效抑制,固有频率明显提高、且与带宽频率更为接近,动静态性能得到提高,控制系统对增益裕度和相位裕度的要求得到满足,挠性陀螺组件在某型导弹导引头系统中应用的技术瓶颈问题得到解决。 |

To improve dynamic and static performance of flexible gyroscope,the traditional rebalance loop must consider that nutation characteristics have influence on system performance,it is essential to optimize flexible gyroscope’s mathematical model and correction network.Therefore,an accurate flexible gyroscope’s mathematical model are established based on analysis of flexible gyroscope’s motion equation and results of frequency scanning test,this model can really reflect nutation characteristics and only adds a two-order oscillation section to the original engineering simplify model.The loop correction network is designed by the expected correction,and the trap filter correction network is used to eliminate rotor frequency-doubled interference and nutation characteristics.Simulation and test result show that flexible gyroscope’s bandwidth,damping ratio are improved obviously and are closer to bandwidth frequency,the loop noise is effective decrease,dynamic and static performance meet the demands of the new lapping equipment.The technical bottleneck of the application in a certain missile guidance system for this flexible gyroscope is solved. |
