      介绍了一种应用于摩托车减震器动态复原阻尼特性的检测新方法,及测控系统的功能、硬件组成、软件设计和测试结果分析。测控系统集传感器、数据采集和计算控制技术于一体,操作简单,实现了测试评价自动化,对产品质量提高具有重要意义,强化了减震器舒适性评价指标,是保证高端减震器性能和开发新型减震器的必要检测设备。
英文摘要:
      A new test method of the dynamic characteristics in extension for motorcycle shock absorber is introduced,and the function,hardware components,software design and test results analysis of the measurement and control system are presented.The system integrates with sensors,data collection and computer control.It operates easily and works automatically to measure and judge the performance of the tested part,and it has great effect to improve product quality,and emphasizes the target of the comfortable feeling judgment.It is the essential testing device to guarantee the high performance shock absorber and to develop new type shock absorber.
