      应变信号采集和分析对于发动机试验至关重要,基于LabWindows/CVI开发了便携式应变采集分析系统。首先给出了系统硬件构架,然后依据软件需求分析完成了软件框架的设计,并给出了软件系统的运行流程。着重介绍了应变信号采集存储的具体代码,叙述了通道校准的实现方法,并给出了数据分析的函数实现。实际使用表明,该测试系统操作方便,人机界面友好,工作性能稳定可靠,分析功能强大,为应变的采集分析提供了强有力的技术支持。
英文摘要:
      Acquisition and analysis of strain signals is very important for engine experiment.Based on LabWindows/CVI,a portable strain acquisition and analyzing system is designed.Firstly,the hardware configuration is given.Then the software frame is designed according to the requirement analysis,and the software design flow is given.The code of acquisition and storage of strain signal is introduced.Method of channels adjust is described.And the function of data analyze is also given.The application shows that the test system is dependable and easy to operate,with strong function of analyzing.Powerful technical support for acquisition and analysis of strain is provided by this test system.
