      为了提高变速器试验过程的自动化程度和效率,设计了基于电功率封闭技术的变速器试验台。测控系统以西门子S7-400 PLC为核心控制器、并采用Profibus现场总线将6RA70直流调速装置、WinCC组态软件开发的人机界面相连。PLC根据设定值与给定值的关系控制电机,实现扭矩、转速的平稳加载和连续可调,从而模拟变速箱的实际工况。数据采集采用零点补偿技术和Kalman滤波来提高测量精度。试验运行表明该系统控制精度高、操作方便、稳定可靠。

      In order to improve the automation level and the efficiency of transmission tests,a transmission test rig is designed based on the electric power close-loop technology.SIEMENS S7-400 PLC plays the role of main controller in the measurement and control system,and is connected with 6RA70 DC motor driver,human machine interface developed by WinCC configure software by Profibus field bus.PLC controls the motor according to the relationship between set value and reference value,in this way,torque and speed can be loaded smoothly and adjusted continually to emulate the operation condition of the transmission.Accuracy of the data acquisition is improved by incorporated the zero compensation and Kalman filter.Test results indicated that the control system has the property of high accuracy,easy operating,stablity and reliability.
