基于直接函数法的圆弧插补算法能够有效提高插补精度,但是在终点判别时需要对两个轴向的步数进行计算,时间较长。在对长轴终点判别方法进行研究的基础上,提出了一种改进的直接函数法的圆弧插补算法。以每步插补的连续前进轴为长轴,并以在长轴上的插补步数为判断基准,对插补点是否到达终点作出判断。该方法要求不同卦限圆弧对应不同长轴。该算法计算简单、运算速度快、插补精度高。仿真算例表明该方法能准确进行终点定位,不会出现超出或未到终点的现象,适用于以步进电机作为各轴向执行元件的数控系统。 |

Direct function based on circular interpolation algorithm can effectively improve the interpolation precision,however,it takes a long time to calculate each axis steps for discriminating end-point.Based on the research on the long axis end point discrimination,an improved direct function algorithm for circular interpolation is proposed.Considering the continuously move forward steps of each step interpolation as long axis,the algorithm judges whether the interpolation point reaches the end-point by using the interpolation steps of long axis.This method requires that long axis change by octant.The algorithm has the characteristics of simplicity,high-speed and high-accuracy.The simulation example shows that the end point can be accurately positioning via the method,and beyond or not reaching end-point will not appear.The method can be applied to CNC system with stepping motor as actuator of each axis. |
