      针对电动机低速运行时,传感器精度低导致的速度测量误差,引起转速和转矩波动问题,对电动机机械系统设计了全维速度观测器,在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台上,采用PI调节器与速度观测器相结合的控制方法建立了双转无刷直流电动机系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明系统在低速运行时,转速和转矩波动明显减小,证明了控制方法的有效性和优越性。

      Full order speed observer is designed for mechanical system of electrical motor to cope with the problem that greater speed error resulted from inaccurate sensor causes fluctuation of rotation rate and torque when electrical motor system runs in low speed range.The systematic simulation model of the dual-rotor permanent magnetic brushless direct current motor (DRPMBLDCM) with two rotors running in opposite direction at any time is built by the method combining speed observer with traditional PI regulator under Matlab/Simulink virtual platform.The simulation results indicate that fluctuation of speed and torque is decreased obviously when the system built runs in low speed range,and prove the controlling method is efficient and excellent based on speed observer.
