      A video conference terminal based on MPC8260 is designed.The hardware platform is composed with the control core MPC8260,the video/audio process module DM642 and SM712,which are connected with PCI.The software platform is based on operating system Vxworks.As the soft-switch protocol for system communication,SIP realizes the multimedia voice video communication system.The system networking application indicated high coordination between software and hardware,and good real-time performance and stability.
