      针对电动舵机的角位置和角速度信息测试需求设计了一种基于光电编码器和DSP的全数字测量系统。首先根据需求确定传感器的选型指标,特别对其转动惯量提出量化要求以减小对舵机性能测试的影响,然后以DSP为核心设计测量系统的软硬件,实现了系统的功能配置和舵机偏转角度、角速度等多项运动信息的实时计算与显示,最后对影响系统测量精度的因素进行分析,并给出了系统的实现与测试方法。实验表明,系统角度测量精度达到0.05°,而且配置简单、信息量丰富、实时性好,满足对舵机角位置信息较高精度的测量需求。
英文摘要:
      According to the demands of electromechanical actuator (EMA) angle and angular velocity test,a digital measurement system is designed by using DSP and photoelectric encoder.Firstly,the specifications of the angle sensor are analyzed;especially the moment of inertia is calculated to minimize the effect to the test.Then the hardware and software of the system based on DSP is designed in detail,realizing its configuration and real-time measurement and display of the EMA angle,angular velocity,etc.Finally,factors which affects the system precision are discussed,and ways to realize and test the system are given.Experimental results show that the system has some characters such as easy configuration,high precision (0.05°) and real-time information display,which satisfies the requirements of EMA angular information test.
