减震器是轿车减震系统的一个重要零部件,其性能的优劣直接关系到轿车的平稳性、舒适性以及其他机件的寿命。针对国内轿车减震器行业生产、检测和研究的迫切需求,为了自动、在线和快速地检验减震器的性能,一种微机控制的轿车减震器衰减力测试系统已经被研制和开发。该系统以工控机为核心,电机带动曲柄连杆机构将旋转运动转变为减震器活塞的直线往复运动,形成正弦激励,进而驱动减震器作拉伸和压缩往复运动,配合适当的力传感器,实现减震器衰减力测试。 |

Shock absorber is a key element of the auto shock absorber system,whose characteristics directly influence the comfortability and stability of the car body’s performance.A novel design and implementation of the performance test system for the shock absorber is proposed to satisfy the urgent demands for automation,online and quickly testing the damping force of the shock absorber.The system takes an industrial control computer as the control core,a sine excitation is generated by converting the rotary motion of a servo motor into a straight reciprocating motion of the absorber via the crank link mechanism,then the piston of the absorber is stretched or compressed,to implement online tests of the absorber with a damping force sensor. |
