分析执行机构电动机扭矩测量的现状及存在的问题,设计一种基于DSP和CS5460A为核心的瞬时能量扭矩软测量系统。通过类SPI组织方式采集瞬时能量,给出测量功能的软件实现方法,最后通过加载不同的负载试验,得到执行机构电动机输出扭矩与瞬时能量之间的关系。具体应用表明,设计的测量系统具有精度高、实时性好和抗干扰性强等优点。 |

A torque measuring system is designed based on instantaneous energy with DSP and CS5460A.Firstly,some problems and the current situation about the torque measuring in the electric actuator are analyzed and discussed.Then the principle of system is presented,the calculation process and designing of hardware circuit are analyzed,investigating the organization of energy collection based on the optical isolation of the SPI mode,the measurements of the software implementation is given.Finally,by loading different loads,the relations of the motor torque and instantaneous energy can be calculated.It has the advantages of high control precision,real time,strong anti interference,etc. |
