      针对电液控制单元中控制阀的线性控制导致控制线圈的温升并影响控制阀控制性能的问题,建立了一种控制线圈的温度预测模型,以期达到控制线圈的耐温性诊断和提高控制阀控制性能的目的。该模型利用了能量守恒定律,利用最小二乘法对该模型参数进行了最优化,同时根据控制阀的实际控制指令来验证该模型对控制线圈的温度诊断性能和控制阀的控制性能。其仿真结果表明,该模型可以有效地预测出控制线圈温度变化,这将简化电液控制单元的硬件结构,同时为诊断控制线圈的耐温性和提高控制阀的控制性能提供有利的依据。
英文摘要:
      The problem of valve linear control leads to the temperature rise of control coil and to influence control performance of the control valve,the temperature predictive model of the control coil is proposed.The model is based on the energy conservation law and to optimize the model parameters using the least square method.According to the actual valve control instructions to verify the control coil temperature endurance and control valve performance.The results show that this method can effectively predict the control coil temperature which can simplify the hardware architecture of electro-hydraulic control unit,at the same time to judge the control coil resistance and to improve the control valve performance with favorable basis.
