针对传统采油井示功图仪不能实现远程实时监控的问题,设计实现了一种网络节点示功图测试系统。以S3C2440A微处理器为核心,采用Marvell 88w8686无线WiFi网卡、4路A/D转换器件ADS8341和相关外围器件构成硬件平台。软件系统在嵌入式Linux操作系统下,运用嵌入式Web服务器boa和动态网页技术实现了远程数据的采集和实时监控,对采集到的加速度数据经消噪、两次积分求出位移量,压力数据经过滤波、线性变换求出载荷量,将得到的一个完整冲程数据存入本节点SQLite数据库,以便历史数据的查询和下载。现场测试结果表明,该系统达到了实际应用的要求。 |

Aiming at the problem that the traditional well dynamometer can not realize remote real time monitoring,a network node indicator diagram test system is designed and implemented.With the core of S3C2440A microprocessor,the harware platform uses Marvell 88w8686 wireless WiFi card,4 channel A/D converter device ADS8341 and related peripheral devices.Under the embedded Linux operating system,the software system uses the embedded Web server boa and dynamic Web technology to achieve remote data acquisition and real time monitoring.The displacement of a stroke is obtained by the denoising,twice integral of collected acceleration data and the load is calculated by filtering,linear transformation of pressure data,both of which will be stored in the node SQLite database to inquiry and download historical data.The field test results show that the dynamometer instrument meets the requirements of practical application. |
