      利用铁矿粉的铁磁性,基于电磁场理论设计铁矿粉品位自感式电感传感器。通过理论分析和试验,分别探讨了圆柱形螺线管式铁矿粉品位电感传感器的感应机理及其测量原理,分析了传感器多影响因素包括励磁信号、传感器结构参数以及环境温度等对传感器性能的影响。采用电感传感器可靠性环境温度试验方法对铁矿粉品位传感器进行了温度试验,确定了温度对传感器的影响规律,给出了温度补偿的方法,为进一步实现铁矿粉品位的快速、实时测量奠定了必要基础。
英文摘要:
      Based on the electromagnetic field theory and the analysis for ferromagnetism iron ore power,a self-inductive sensor for iron grade of iron ore power is designed.The inductive principle and measurement theory of inductive cylindrical and solenoid-type iron grade sensor for iron ore power are researched respectively through theoretical analysis and experiments.Multi-effect factors of iron grad sensor that may have influence on the sensor performance are analyzed,including excitation signal,structure parameters of the sensor and the environmental temperature.Temperature experiments of iron grade sensor for iron ore power are made by using the method of reliability experiments of environmental temperature to inductive sensors,and meanwhile principles of the temperature influence on the sensor are determined.Furthermore,the methods to reduce the temperature influence are provided,and the necessary basis of the rapid and real-time measurement for iron ore power grade is found for the further research.
