为实现FAIMS物质检测系统小型化、便携式的设计要求,设计了以TMS320F2812和WinCE平台下的LabVIEW为控制核心的信号采集处理系统。TMS320F2812驱动、控制各电路模块,产生PWM驱动信号和0.01 V分辨率的补偿电压,同时控制A/D芯片实现补偿电压和微弱电流的精确采集。TMS320F2812和LabVIEW通过串口进行实时通信,经过一系列数据处理,使微弱电流采集精度达01 pA,补偿电压采集精度达001 V。 |

To achieve a miniaturized and portable design of FAIMS,the detection system uses TMS320F2812 and LabVIEW which runs under Windows CE platform as the core of the signal acquisition and processing system.TMS320F2812 controls every circuit module of the system to produce PWM signals which drives RF power and compensation voltage with the accuracy of 0.01 V.Meanwhile,TMS320F2812 controls A/D chip which contributes to precise collection of compensation voltage and weak current.TMS320F2812 communicates with LabVIEW in real-time through the serial port.After a series of data processing,the acquisition accuracy of weak current is 0.1 pA,and the acquisition accuracy of compensation voltage is 0.01 V. |
