      As an important tool of modern aircraft design,the simulation test bed for flight control system is applied in the whole process of flight control system design and is an important equipment for research and development of flight control system.Before giving a preliminary concept construction scheme,the necessaries and requirements of developing the simulation test bed for flight control system have been analyzed.The application domain is also explained.At last,the key technologies in constructing the simulation test bed are pointed out.
