传统的螺纹检测技术工序复杂、效率低、成本高,已不能满足现代工业高效发展的需求,因此要建立一套以机器视觉识别技术为核心的视觉传感和图像处理系统,利用CCD 获取螺纹基本图像,并通过图像的平滑、边缘检测、二值化处理及轮廓提取,对螺纹轮廓进行分析,从中测量出螺纹的几何参数。探讨了利用机器视觉对螺纹牙形角参数进行测量的方法,并给出最后的测量结果。从理论和实践上证明了该方法的可行性和正确性。 |

The traditional detection technology of thread has complex processes,low efficiency and high cost,which can not meet the needs of the efficient development of modern industry.So a system of visual sensing and image processing with machine vision recognition technology as the core must be built.CCD is used to obtain the basic image of thread.Through the image smoothing,edge detection,binarization processing and contour extraction,and analyzing the processed image,the geometrical parameters are calculated.The method of measuring thread angle parameter which uses machine vision,and the measurement result are given.The feasibility and correctness of the method are proved theoretically and practically. |
