      针对大风引起的接触网摆动导致弓网故障、危及铁路运行安全的问题,设计了一种基于3G无线通信技术的电气化铁路接触网远程监测系统。系统运用嵌入式技术实现监测终端对监测点风速、风向、温度以及大风作用下接触网摆动的视频图像的采集;运用3G移动通信技术实现监控中心与监测终端的数据通信;在监测中心,运用Silverlight富Web技术和WCF技术实现对实时数据的管理、通信和对监测终端的控制。系统已经成功应用于兰州铁路局某接触网监测站点,在保障电气化铁路安全运行方面起到了积极作用。
英文摘要:
      The effect of electrified railway running safely caused by the catenary swing under the action of gale is analyzed,a remote monitoring system for electrified railway catenary based on 3G wireless technology is designed.Embedded technology is used to achieve the collection of wind speed,wind direction,temperature,video and image of the catenary swing under action of gale of monitoring station with monitoring terminal.3G mobile communication technology is used to achieve data communication between the monitoring center and the monitoring terminal.Silverlightwitha with Web technology and WCF technology are used to achieve the display and access of real-time data and control of monitoring terminal.This system has been successfully applied to the catenary monitoring station of Lanzhou Railway Bureau,and plays a positive role in guaranteeing the electrified railway running safely.
