      试验场新型无线电外测系统精度基于动态校飞试验进行评定,采取标准比较法,通过建立数学模型,将量纲恢复数据与GPS精度鉴定系统的测量真值进行差值比对,进而获取测量数据的一次误差。根据数据处理方法,对一次差进行预处理,利用变量差分法选取合适的步长,以满足随机误差不相关的要求。以二次曲线表述误差特性,选取中心三阶平滑的方法,对误差序列进行滤波处理,最终用统计分析的方法得出随机误差的估计值,并计算出测量元素的不确定度,结果满足精度考核技术指标的要求。

      In the range,“hard” comparison method is adopted in accuracy evaluation of radio exterior trajectory measuring system by virtue of dynamic calibration flight.Mathematics model is built firstly.Then,primary measurement data are obtained,which is the absolute dispersion from restoration of physical dimension and GPS differential positioning system.According to data processing method,the primary data need be preprocessed.Variant difference method is used to choose rational step in order to make random error irrelevance.Error characteristics are represented from conic curves,then error sequence is filtered by making use of third-order central smoothing method.The estimated value of random error and uncertainty degree on measurement element will be gained by using statistical analysis method,and calculation results accord with technical index requirement in precision examine.
