针对现有智能多箱斗回转体的缺点和不足,提出了新的定位控制方案。将原来的采用编码器进行定位的方式改为用光电开关的开关量进行计数定位的方式,并将三相异步电机改为伺服电机。该控制方法可提高现有智能多箱斗回转体的定位控制精度,加快定位控制速度,提高设备使用的可靠性。经仿真实验和实际生产调试,验证了方案的可行性,定位控制效果良好。 |

In view of the shortcomings and the insufficiency of existing intelligent multi-box rotary equipment,a new positioning control method is put forward.The encoder for the positioning control and three-phase asynchronous motor are substituted by using photoelectric switch and servo motor.The positioning control accuracy,speed and the reliability of intelligent multi-box rotary equipment are improved.The development of whole system is verified by the simulation experiment and applied in practice. |
