      履带滑模机是用于滑模摊铺路缘石、边沟和人行道的新型路面施工机械,测控系统是其施工的核心。为江苏四明工程机械有限公司的滑模机研制了一套智能化测控系统,通过CAN总线实现滑模机控制板、操作板和传感器的通信;通过对80个按键的处理和40路输出的控制,实现了手动控制、自动控制、参数设置和工作状态监测4大功能;友好的人机界面设计便于用户操作。实际调试表明,该系统具有操作简单、功能完善、性能可靠等优点。
英文摘要:
      A crawler sliding machine is a new kind of road construction machinery which can pave curbs,side trenches and sidewalks with specific molds.A measurement and control system is the core of its construction.An intelligent measurement and control system is designed for Jiangsu Siming Engineering Machinery Co.,Ltd.The communications among the operating board,controlling board and sensors are accomplished by CAN.By the processing of 80 keys and the controlling of 40 outputs,four functional modules including manual control,automatic control,parameter setting and work status monitoring,are built.A friendly human-machine interaction is designed for easier operations.The tests show that the proposed system has simple operation,full functions and a reliable performance.
