      阐述了国内现有透气膜防水测试方法。提出了一种基于PLC控制的防水测试仪对连接器件透气膜的防水性能测试的新方法。通过对连接器件透气膜两端加电极并且通水,根据微电流测试仪测出的电流判断连接器件透气膜是否漏水。防水测试仪将数据传输给PLC与内部设定值进行比较,给出不合格产品信号,同时蜂鸣器报警,机台红灯亮。通过对117P连接器的透气膜进行现场测试结果表明:当微电流测试仪测得的电流小于5 μA,117P的透气膜是不漏水的;当电流超过5 μA时117P透气膜漏水。
英文摘要:
      The existing domestic test method of breathable membrane waterproof is described.A new method of waterproof tester based on PLC control to test the waterproof performance of breathable membrane for connector is proposed.Through adding electrodes in the both sides of breathable membrane of connector and water,the current measured by micro-current tester is used to judge whether the breathable membrane of connector is leaked.Data are transported to PLC by the waterproof tester,compared with the data which are set internally,and the signal of failure products is given,meanwhile buzzer alarms and red lamp lights.The results show that when the current is less than 5 μA,the product is qualified,when the current exceeds 5 μA,the product is failure.
