      随着多电飞机和全电飞机的快速发展,机载设备对飞机电气系统的依赖不断增强,电气系统的保护器件对于保障供电可靠性和飞行安全起着越来越重要的作用。对各种典型的飞机供配电系统保护器件的结构和特性进行了比较分析,尤其对基于固态功率控制技术的固态功率控制器(SSPC)保护器件的结构和特性作了详细研究,验证了SSPC是目前最具优势的飞机供配电系统保护器件。
英文摘要:
      Along with the fast development of more electric aircraft and all electric aircraft,the normal work of airborne devices becomes more and more relying on the electrical power system.The protection device for aircraft electrical power system plays a more prominent and important role for the reliability and security of the power supply and flight operation.The structure and characteristics of various typical electrical power protection devices are compared and analyzed,especially the structure and properties of solid state power controller(SSPC) based on solid state power control technology are thoroughly researched,and it is validated that the SSPC is the most advantage electrical power system protection device currently.
