为提高公路建设质量和效率,提出了一种基于宝马格方式的振动压路机压实度检测系统。根据所测得的加速度、温度等信息对压实度进行评价,使用GPS技术将具体位置与压实信息相对应,并通过液晶屏进行直观显示。实现了压实信息及其相关数据的本地及远程存储,便于事后分析。该系统工作稳定可靠,为压实作业提供了参考,提高了压实作业效率。 |

To improve the quality and efficiency of highway construction,a vibratory roller compaction detection system based on Bomag mode is proposed.The compaction is evaluated based on the information which is measured by acceleration sensors and temperature sensors.The compaction is corresponding to the specific GPS position,and intuitive display through the LCD screen.The compaction,position and other information can be stored in local memory and the remote server to facilitate post hoc analysis.The system is stable and reliable,which provides a reference for the compaction operation and improves the efficiency of compaction. |
