中文摘要:
      分布式新能源的大量馈入及用户供电质量的提高,要求智能配电变电站提供更加灵活、快速、可靠的保护与控制功能。总结现有变电站微机综保系统的不足,并针对智能配电变电站站域保护控制需求,设计并实现新的CAN通信协议,针对频率测量存在问题,通过硬件电路实现正弦波转换达到精准测量,最终实现监控中心能快速、精准地采集与分析运行实时状态信息,并能设置定值整定参数,迅速排除电网中的故障或隐患。在实际检测运行中该综保系统表现稳定可靠。
英文摘要:
      Because of a lot of feeding of distributed new energy and the improvement of the quality of the users power supply,intelligent power distribution substations are required to provide more flexible,fast and reliable protection and control functions.Summarized the deficiencies of the existing substation microcomputer comprehensive security system,and for the protection and control requirements of the domain of intelligent power distribution substation,the new CAN communication protocol is designed and implemented.For frequency measurement problems,by hardware circuit sine wave converter to achieve accurate measurements,and ultimately monitoring center can quickly and accurately collect and analyze real-time status information in runtime,and can set the setting value parameters,quickly rule grid failures or problems.In the actual operation detection,the performance of this system is stable and reliable.
