      PC104 bus has very wide application and has two bus standards that is 8-bit bus and 16-bit bus.8-bit bus is the standard ISA bus，16-bit bus for the expansion of ISA bus is defined as EISA bus.Early test equipments developed by Hongfeng Control Company mostly adopt ISA bus，EISA bus is used in the test equipments newly developed.The definition of PC104 bus and the usage methods of data bus，address bus and control bus，are expounded.Finally，the concrete solutions that often occur in the use of PC104 bus are given.
