      目前出租车呼叫调度系统大多依赖于人工调度中心第三方平台,由于需乘客、话务员、出租车司机三方交互,调度效率往往较低,不能及时解决乘客便捷快速的乘车需求。为此,提出一种基于ZigBee技术的自组网出租车调度系统。系统包含车载响应子系统、站牌预约点子系统和信号中继装置,乘客通过系统和进入自组网内的司机直接交流,无需经过调度中心等第三方平台,实现了出租车的“自助式”调度,即直接交互、快速响应,又节省乘客使用第三方平台的费用。系统采用的RFID刷卡预付约定金等措施,可有效解决乘客和出租车司机在预约出租车期间出现的爽约行为。

      Taxi call scheduling systems mostly depends on the artificial scheduling center platform at present.Passengers’ fast and convenient traveling needs can’t be solved in time because of the low scheduling efficiency,which is caused by the interaction among passenger,the operator and taxi driver.Therefore,an Ad-hoc network taxi scheduling system based on ZigBee technology is proposed,which is not dependent on the scheduling center.The system has three parts,a response subsystem in side taxi,a taxi-booking subsystem on the roadside and signal relay device.Passenger and taxi driver who is in the Ad-hoc network communicates directly,which does not need the dispatch center and other third-party platforms.The system realizes “self-help” scheduling that means interact directly and response quickly,which saves passengers’ consume of use the third-party platforms.The system uses some measures like RFID card prepaying to keep an appointment behavior of passengers and taxi drivers during booking taxi.
