      虚警率是测试性设计的重要指标之一,需要分配到系统各组成部分的测试性设计中。在目前的工程实际中,该指标还没有适用的工程分配方法。根据长期从事测试性顶层设计的工程经验,通过潜心研究,摸索出一套适合于工程实际的虚警率分配方法:按照虚警率的定义基准,借鉴故障检测率的分配方法确定虚警率的分配原则;结合可靠性设计指标分配结果和平均虚警间隔时间的分析方法确定虚警率分配的参数并建立虚警率分配的模型,然后按照此模型进行虚警率的分配,并按照分配准则进行了回归验证。
英文摘要:
      The false alarm rate is an important index of testability design,which needs to be allocated to each component of the testability design system.In the present practical engineering,the index has not an appropriate engineering allocation method,according to the engineering experience long-term engaged in the testing of top-level design,through painstaking research,a set of false alarm rate allocation method that is suitable for practical engineering is explored.According to the defining base of fault alarm rate and the allocation method of failure detect rate,the allocation principle of fault alarm rate is confirmed.Combined with reliability index distribution results and the analysis method of mean time between failure alarm,the distribution parameter of false alarm rate is confirmed and the false alarm rate allocation model is set.Then,the fault alarm rate is allocated by this model,and regression validation is done by allocation criterion.
