      本项目要控制上千个伺服电机按既定的轨迹同步运动，属于国内首创。项目论证阶段，考察了多种控制方案，最后选择了Beckhoff公司的PC控制和EtherCAT总线技术。利用PC控制的开放性，将控制程序及控制器和传动系统独立开来。而PC的强大运算能力和控制软件的灵活性，提高了整个系统的控制性能，同时也降低了造价。本系统网络结构简洁，不仅提高了系统运行的可靠性，缩短了调试时间，也降低了后期维护成本。

英文摘要:

      This is the first magic ball show in China.There are more than one thousands of controlled servo motors to follow their own path profile synchronously.Before the real project implementation，several solutions from different manufacturers are made.After testing and comparing of the most import features，PC control technology and the fastest fieldbus EtherCAT from Beckhoff are finally chosen.Thanks for the openness of PC control，it is achieved to make the controller and program independent from the drive system.Benefited from PC’s strong power of calculating and the flexibility of the control software，higher performance of the whole control system with lower price is gotten.The topology is very simple,so the stability is improved，the commissioning time is shorten，and the maintenance cost is reduced.
