针对工程中对高压高阻检定精度不断提高的问题,设计了一套基于高压电桥法和ARM的数字式高压高阻鉴定系统。该系统硬件部分主要包括高压电源模块、高压电桥模块、信号采集模块、ARM cortex M4嵌入式控制模块。在控制模块设置测量电压,将高压电源模块输出电压加载到被测电阻两端,根据量程选择恒流恒压方式进行测量,经过A/D采集计算出所测量的电阻,同时可以通过LCD多级菜单设置测量系数并显示鉴定结果。本系统将电桥测量原理、数字处理技术结合在一起,实现了对目前国内市场上各种电压、电阻范围高阻箱的检定。经过试验表明鉴定结果符合JJG 166-93、DL/T 979-2005,可替代传统的高压高阻电桥。 |

Because of the increasing of high voltage and high resistance verification accuracy in engineering,a digital high voltage and high resistance calibration system based on HV bridge method and ARM is designed.The hardware of the system mainly includes high voltage power supply module,high voltage bridge module,signal acquisition module,ARM Cortex-M4 embedded control module.The control module is arranged to measure the voltage,put the high voltage power supply module’s output voltage to both ends of measured resistance.According to different range selecting constant current and constant voltage mode,the measured resistance is calculated by A/D change.And it also can set measurement coefficient through LCD multistage menu and display the identification results.By combining the measurement principle of bridge with digital processing technology,the verification of a variety of voltage,resistance range and high resistance box in current domestic market is realized.Test shows that the high voltage and high resistance calibrater meets the requirements of JJG166-93 and DL/T 979-2005,it can replace the traditional high voltage and high resistance bridge. |
