为满足飞机静力试验中三维位移快速测量的要求,开发了大尺寸位移摄影测量分析系统;制定了完整的摄影位移测量工作流程,并在飞机结构静力试验中与拉线式电流型位移传感器进行了误差对比分析。通过理论误差分析与实验对比,大尺寸摄影位移测量分析系统不仅可以获取三维变形位移数据,而且具有更高的测量精度,多次实际使用结果表明,该系统测量性能指标满足飞机静力试验要求。 |

A large size displacement photogrammetric and analysis system is developed to meet the rapid measurement requirement of three dimensional displacement of the aircraft structure static test.The complete measurement process is formulated.The error analysis of contrast is carried with guyed current type displacement sensor in the aircraft structure static test.Through the theoretical error analysis and experimental comparison,the large size displacement photogrammetric and analysis system can not only obtain the three dimensional displacement data,but also has higher measurement accuracy.Several practical results show that performance indicators of this system can meet the static test requirements. |
