针对小型电机以品质检测为目的的生产线上在线振动测试,提出了测试实现方案和信号处理方法。考虑到合格与不合格样本规模的不对称、不合格样本的特征与类型不能预先确定,以及,生产线上需要快速在线品质评价的实际需求,将问题描述为以确定电机是否合格为目的的一类学习问题。基于大量现场样本并进行分析的基础上,提出了以降维后的1/3倍频程为特征矢量的一类学习算法,实现了电机品质在线快速检测。 |

For small motors to quality detection for the purpose of the production online vibration testing,the testing implementation and signal processing methods are proposed.Taken into account that qualified and unqualified sample sizes are asymmetrical,the characteristics and types of substandard sample cannot be determined in advance,as well as the actual needs of the production line requires fast online quality assessment,the problems are described as a class of learning problems to determine whether the motor is qualified for the purpose.Based on the large number of field samples and analysis,one-third octave after dimension reduction as a class of learning algorithm of feature vector is used to achieve a motor-quality online rapid detection. |
