针对风洞中模型试验天平测力的需要,设计了一套风洞天平测力数据采集系统。风洞测力是风洞试验最基本的试验项目,风洞测力数据采集系统是测力试验必备的装置。风洞试验现场条件复杂,天平力信号易受到干扰,在测力数据采集系统的设计上,以系统精度和抗干扰为设计依据,从系统总体构成、硬件选取、软件设计和关键技术几个方面进行了系统设计。重点对天平测力采集数据经数字滤波后失真畸变的问题进行了研究,采用数据预处理的方式解决了该问题,取得了较好的效果。 |

A data acquisition system based on the necessary of force balance test in wind tunnel is designed,it is necessary for the achievement of the test of the model parameter in wind tunnel.The experimental field is complicated and the signals of model force balance are easy to be disturbed.According to a lots of the interference factors and their accuracy requirements,the basic structure of the system,the composition of hardware and the function of software are provided,and the key techniques are introduced.The abnormal data in data processing are analyzed and the material solution is made in the application through the data pre-treatment technology.The test result of the system is also given. |
