      为了使血泵实验系统能够模拟出不同血流量及压力值,解决系统流量与压力相互耦合使得传统单变量控制无法满足要求,而多变量解耦控制十分复杂的问题,提出了一种基于血泵转速与输出功率特性曲线的流量、压力控制方法,即在电动阀开度一定的条件下,先通过实验拟合得到血泵转速与系统流量和压力的乘积,即输出功率的数学关系式,然后根据预设的目标流量和压力值计算得到对应的血泵初始目标转速,血泵升速至该目标转速后,在反馈调节过程中交替调节电动阀开度和血泵转速使系统压力维持在预设值附近的同时,系统流量逐步逼近预设值。结果表明该控制方法调节时间短、超调小、精度高,能够很好地满足流量、压力控制的要求。

      In order to make the blood pump experimental system can simultaneously simulate different flow and pressure,and solve the problem that the flow and pressure are coupled to each other,while traditional single variable control algorithm can not meet the requirement and multivariable decoupling control is very complex,a feedback control algorithm for the blood pump system is proposed.In this control algorithm,the mathematical relationship of the rotational speed and output power (the product of system flow and pressure) is firstly obtained by experiment,then the corresponding target rotational speed is calculated according to the predetermined target flow and pressure,after the blood pump reached the rotational speed,the opening of the electric value and the rotational speed of the blood pump are alternatively adjusted to make the system flow gradually approach to the preset value,while the pressure is maintained near the preset value.Experimental results show that the control algorithm can simultaneously control the flow and pressure well for its characteristics of short setting time,small overshoot and high precision.
