针对采用RS485和CAN通信的井下数据采集系统抗干扰能力差和实时性不高的问题,设计了采用工业以太网EtherCAT实现煤矿井下数据实时传输的系统;主站通过向从站发送询检命令,接收和处理从站数据,并发送指令控制下位机;着重分析了基于VC++和TwinCAT上位机与下位机进行通信、实现数据交互的原理及实现的方法。实验结果表明,该系统能够可靠快速的收发数据。 |

Most current coal mine data acquisition systems adopt communication ways of RS485 and CAN,but the traditional communication ways can not satisfy the practical demand.To solve the problem,a system adopting Ethernet EtherCAT to transmit data in real time is proposed.The master sends query command to the slaves and processes the data from the slaves,then sends command to control the slaves.How to communicate and exchange data with the slaves based on VC++ and TwinCAT by the master are mainly analyzed.Experimental results show that the system can send and receive data reliably and rapidly. |
