      为实现企业用能管理数字化、自动化,确保用能采集实时准确,为企业能耗监管和考核提供科学、可靠的数据支撑,提出一种基于GPRS和以太网的企业能耗数据采集系统设计方案,并成功应用到山东某大型制糖企业能耗监管系统改造项目。针对项目建设过程中遇到的技术难点,从需求分析、系统设计、系统测试这三个方面进行了分析并提出有效的解决方法。系统经过长时间测试和验证,用能数据采集成功率等各项性能指标均达到了设计要求,具有较好的应用和推广价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to achieve the enterprise energy management digitization,automation,real-time and precision,a design scheme of enterprise energy consumption data acquisition system based on GPRS and Ethernet is present,and successfully applied to the energy consumption supervision system transformation project of a large sugar enterprise in Shandong.It can provide scientific and reliable data supporting for the enterprise.In order to solve technical difficulties encountered during the project,the analysis and effective solution from three aspects of requirements analysis,system design and system test are put forward.The system has been tested and validated for a long time,energy data acquisition success rate of the performance indicators can meet the design requirements,with good application and popularization value.
