      压电式压力测量系统的低频(零频)特性不理想,静态校准时电荷会产生漂移,对灵敏度的获取产生影响。为准确获取测量系统的灵敏度,可采用准静态校准的方法,该方法存在如何选取校准压力脉宽的问题。根据压电式传感系统的等效电路,建立了在测量过程中电荷泄露的数学模型,分析了电荷漂移的主要原因;探讨了不同压力脉宽1 Hz内低频分量所占能量比;基于准静态校准实验,对典型压电式压力传感系统进行校准,获得了不同脉宽激励下测量系统的灵敏度,对灵敏度的差异进行分析,选取了合适的校准脉宽范围。
英文摘要:
      Low frequency (zero frequency) characteristics of piezoelectric pressure measuring system are not ideal.The charge will drift and the sensitivity is not accurate in static calibration.Quasistatic calibration method can be used to obtain the sensitivity of the measurement system accurately.The method has a problem that how to select the calibration pressure pulse width.A mathematical model of the charge leaked during measurement is proposed,the main reasons of the charge drift are analyzed based on the equivalent circuit of piezoelectric sensor system.The energy ratio of the lowfrequency component within DC~1 Hz under different pressures is explored.A typical piezoelectric pressure sensor system is calibrated based on the quasistatic calibration experiment,the system sensitivities under different pulse width excitation are obtained,the differences between sensitivities are analyzed,an appropriate pulse width range in calibration is selected.
