针对榆林石窟内部湿度超过一定值时会对壁画造成一定损坏,为了降低石窟内的湿度,手动开启石窟门调节洞窟内湿度费时、费力,采用以数字信号处理器DSP为核心的门控制器以及执行元件电动推杆使门能够自动开启和关闭。由无线网桥、无线WiFi网关组成的传输网络,使监控中心下达控制命令给控制器,同时控制器把自动门的状态信息上传给监控中心。实际应用表明设计的自动门能够根据洞窟内的湿度,自动开启和关闭洞窟门,实现对洞窟湿度的自动调节。 |

If the internal humidity of the Yulin caves exceeds a certain value,it will cause some damages to the mural paintings.In order to reduce the humidity inside the caves,manually opening the cave's gate to control the humidity is time-consuming,laborious.A digital signal processor(DSP) as the core of the doors controller and the implementation of the electric push rod enables the door to open and close automatically.The transmission network including the wireless router and wireless WiFi gateway makes the control center issue control commands to the controller and the controller uploads the state information to the monitoring center.The practical application shows that the design of automatic door can automatically open and shut down the cave door according to the humidity inside the caves,which realizes the automatic adjustment of humidity in the cave. |
