      针对随钻声波测井仪器的装配调试及实际测控需要,开发了一种用于随钻声波测井数据通信的USB CAN总线转换接口和相应的地面测控软件。通过对USB总线以及CAN总线的通信协议进行分析研究,并结合随钻声波测井数据命令传输特点,以USB控制芯片CY7C 68013A和CAN控制器SJA1000为核心设计了一种可靠的总线转换接口电路,并基于USB主控芯片编写了接口电路的固件程序。开发了与接口电路对应的上位机USB驱动程序,根据仪器总线通信协议编写的应用程序可以实现仪器控制命令下发、测井数据上传、波形显示、文件存储与回放等功能。

      In order to meet debugging,measurement and control requirements of acoustic logging while drilling tool,a kind of USB-CAN conversion interface used for acoustic logging while drilling tool data communication is designed,and the ground control software is accordingly developed.With the analysis and research of the USB and CAN communication protocols,a reliable interface conversion circuit based on USB control chip CY7C 68013A and CAN controller SJA1000 is designed,and the corresponding embedded firmware program is also compiled.In industrial personal computer,the USB driver for the interface circuit is developed,in addition,a fully-functional application software based on the tool bus communication protocol and the requirements of actual well-logging is developed,which can realize the functions that sending tool control command,uploading logging data,drawing waveform,storing and recalling file.
