悬浮控制器作为磁浮车的核心,工作在高温强磁场的环境中,利用CAN总线对一节车体的20个悬浮控制器组网,采用DSP片内的eCAN模块作为CAN控制器,使用LabVIEW搭建上位机,实现了对各悬浮控制器数据的读取以及对各控制参数的修改,有效地降低了悬浮控制器的调试难度。系统具有结构简单、开发周期短、人机界面友好等优点。实验结果表明该系统可方便完成对悬浮控制器的调试和在线诊断,对磁浮车的安全运行有积极的意义。 |

As one of key components of the maglev train,the suspension controller works under high temperature and strong magnetic field.A net which connects twenty suspension controllers by using CAN is presented.The eCAN module of DSP is used as CAN controller and the software of upper matchine is designed by LabVIEW in PC.The functions of collecting the data of suspension controller and modifying the control parameters are realized.The difficulty of debugging is decreased effectively.The system has many advantages such as simple hardware structure,short development cycle and friendly man-machine interface.The experimental results indicate that the system can meet the demands of on-line debugging and diagnostics,it may have positive significance to the safe operation of maglev train. |
